Introduction

The Office of the Controller of Examinations plays a vital role in planning, coordinating, administering, and monitoring all examination and assessment activities of the institution. The Office is responsible for preparing and publishing examination timetables, coordinating Continuous Assessment Tests, conducting End Semester Examinations, organizing Central Valuation, processing and publishing results, and ensuring the smooth, transparent, and systematic conduct of examinations across all academic programmes offered by the institution.

In addition to these core responsibilities, the Office of the Controller of Examinations is entrusted with the preparation, issuance, verification, and maintenance of essential academic documents, including Grade Sheets, Consolidated Mark Sheets, Transcripts, and other examination related certificates and records.

The Office is headed by the Controller of Examinations, who works in close coordination with a dedicated team comprising the Deputy Controller of Examinations, Department Examination Coordinators, and supporting administrative staff. The team is committed to maintaining the integrity, confidentiality, accuracy, efficiency, transparency, and credibility of the institution’s entire examination, evaluation, and certification processes.
