Gender Sensitization & Women’s Grievance Redressal Cell

The Internal Complaints Committee is responsible for preventing and addressing issues related to harassment, discrimination, or misconduct within the campus, especially those affecting women students and staff.

Objectives

  • Prevent any form of sexual harassment
  • Create awareness on gender sensitivity
  • Provide a confidential mechanism to report grievances
  • Conduct investigations in a fair and timely manner
  • Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive campus atmosphere

Roles of ICC

  • Receive written complaints
  • Conduct counseling & mediation sessions
  • Record statements and investigate professionally
  • Recommend corrective and disciplinary measures
  • Conduct workshops on gender equality and safety
