Gender Sensitization & Women’s Grievance Redressal Cell
The Internal Complaints Committee is responsible for preventing and addressing issues related to harassment, discrimination, or misconduct within the campus, especially those affecting women students and staff.
Objectives
- Prevent any form of sexual harassment
- Create awareness on gender sensitivity
- Provide a confidential mechanism to report grievances
- Conduct investigations in a fair and timely manner
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive campus atmosphere

- Receive written complaints
- Conduct counseling & mediation sessions
- Record statements and investigate professionally
- Recommend corrective and disciplinary measures
- Conduct workshops on gender equality and safety

Zero Tolerance Towards Ragging
SRCE ensures a 100% ragging-free campus in accordance with UGC and Government of India regulations.
Functions
- Prevent ragging inside and outside campus
- Display anti-ragging guidelines across the institution
- Provide 24/7 helpline support
- Conduct awareness programmes
- Take disciplinary action on reported incidents

Student Support & Conflict Resolution
The GRC provides students with a fair and formal mechanism to resolve academic, administrative, or personal grievances.

Support & Guidance for SC/ST Students
This committee assists SC/ST students academically, socially, and emotionally.
